This practical workshop is designed for NDIS providers who want to strengthen their business practices while staying fully aligned with NDIS pricing arrangements, guidelines, and compliance requirements.Drawing on eight years of frontline experience in the sector — from provider relationships to sales strategy and operational problem-solving — Justine Hall will guide participants through how to balance sustainability with participant value.
Workshop Goals - by the end of the session, participants will:
- Understand the latest NDIS pricing arrangements and NDIS Legislation and Operational guidelines — and how they impact day-to-day business decisions.
- Learn what you can and cannot charge for, with case examples that reduce risk and improve compliance.
- Strengthen their use of service agreements and invoices to build transparency, trust, and better cashflow.
- Explore sales strategies that resonate in the disability sector — how to grow without losing participant focus.
- Walk away with clear, actionable steps to improve sustainability while keeping aligned with the intent of the Scheme.
About the Facilitator
Justine Hall has worked in NDIS Plan Management for over 7.5 years and is a passionate advocate for participant rights — particularly the right to exercise choice and control, which sits at the heart of the Scheme.
She works for one of the largest Plan Management providers in Australia, supporting more than 37,000 NDIS participants and their support networks across the country.
