About this Event

Washington Men's Camerata brings all the wonder and warm-fuzzies of the holiday season. Selections includes a slew of crooner classics, plus Franz Biebl’s famed seven-part, double choir epic, Ave Maria; Daniel Pinkham’s Christmas Cantata (Sinfonia Sacra) with organ; and music by contemporary composers Morten Lauridsen, Dan Forrest, Camerata bass David Evans, and a few pieces by Shawn Kirchner, including his arrangement of Wana Baraka (They Are Blessed Who Pray)—a traditional Kenyan folk hymn in Swahili.
