Making Spirits Bright: An Intimate Holiday Speakeasy

Proof of vaccination or very recent negative test required for entry

There will be Hawaiian style chicken, rice and veggies, baked sweet potatoes, baked mac and cheese, salad, Hawaiian rolls and various hors d’oeuvres. A full vegan mean can be added from Meals for Heals. These will also be lots of holiday treats! Food will be served family style at various pods so that there can be more social distancing.

As for cocktails, there will be hot buttered rum, eggnog, mulled wine, a mai tai, and several other tiki cocktails. Each ticket includes unlimited food, 1 soon to be announced cocktail in a zombie glass that you get to keep, and a flight of Appleton rums. Additional cocktails can be purchased for a range of $6-$12 per drink. The bartenders will act as servers and will come up to your table and take orders to eliminate lines.

There will be an Elvis impersonator talking all about the history of the Blue Hawaii cocktail, as well as education on the Appleton flight everyone will be served. There will be plenty of mid century Christmas tunes and mingling among others guests that you feel comfortable allowing into your social distance circle.

The Laurelhurst Club mezzanine will be the site of this intimate event.
