About this Event

Bank of America, in Association with Tucson Juneteenth Festival Inc, African American Museum of Southern Arizona and PBS, will preview this film through a series of short clips, with Commentary by local historians, Dr. Johnny Bowens, Jack Anderson, Cherry Strong, Donna Liggins, Walter Hopkins, Yevette Sikes,and others. Discussing the " Making of Black America", and how it affected those in Tucson and surrounding areas. Join us in "Bringing Flowers" to the locals, and "up and comers" that have been working diligently in the black community to bring a better life for all.

Join us prior for good food from Hollywoods's Barbeque- all plates are 15$ and under, This event is free for the public.
