About Your Teacher:
Meghan Lewis began her chocolate-making journey as the dessert mastermind for Jueves a la Mesa, her beloved weekly supper club in Buenos Aires, Argentina. While she shared recipes for every other dish, the chocolate remained her one, well-guarded secret—until now.
