Making It Work: From Grades to Gigs is an exciting professional development event designed to bridge the gap between formal music training and real-world opportunities. The event features two dynamic workshops led by Lubbock Symphony Orchestra Maestro David Cho and singer/songwriter Hannah Jackson. The event begins with Maestro Cho offering invaluable insights on how to prepare for auditions and increase your chances of securing an orchestra gig, followed by a discussion with Jackson on how to apply the skills gained from formal training to thrive in the commercial music industry.
