Making Fused Glass Lanterns

Choose whether to make 1 large or 2 medium lanterns and make the fused glass panels for each lantern.
You have a choice of whether to make a single large lantern or a pair of medium sized lanterns. Please select this when you make your booking so that the correct sized glass is cut for you.
For each lantern you will create the panels of fused glass decorated to your own design working with a range of forms of glass - frits, powders, confetti, coloured glass, mica powders, glass paints and more.
The panels will be fired in the kiln and then inserted into the sides of each lamp. With the light shining out through each panel of fused glass, you will have a stunning finished piece.
You will work with float glass and float compatable materials.
This workshop is for both the experienced and complete beginners.
