Sky Farm LIC is a 1 acre rooftop farm and education program run by the Variety Boys and Girls Club of Queens.

Our Community Workshop series is a public program focused on creating fun and informative experiences! Making Fire Cider, taught by our Education Coordinator Shyanne Washington, will walk you through each step of making the powerful herbal tonic called Fire Cider. Warm, spicy, and sweet, this delicious and nutritious tonic is fun to make and eat! Take home your very own jar to use in saladdressings, drinks, and more!
