Making Fair Labor Standards Acts (FLSA) Determinations

This 2 day advanced course provides an in-depth look at making Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) determinations. From exploring fundamental core definitions, students will be taken on an intensive look at the four basic exemptions – foreign, executive, professional and administrative. Using real-life position descriptions and numerous OPM case decisions, the experienced classifier will make FLSA determinations.
