About this Event

Every conversation is an opportunity to make a difference.

This interactive Making Every Contact Count (MECC) session introduces the Ask–Assist–Act (AAA) approach, a simple, proven method to help you start supportive wellbeing conversations with confidence. Please note this course is for Shropshire attendees only

Whether you’re a frontline worker, volunteer, or community connector, you’ll learn how to spot “MECC moments”, share reliable information, and signpost people to local support that really helps.

4. Local authority and public sector staff

Why this broad audience?
