Making Every Contact Count (MECC)
It can be difficult to make the most of the time you have with patients. We can help you maximise the potential of every conversation and Make Every Contact Count.
Good conversations build connections, trust and create a space where you can introduce issues that could potentially feel awkward or difficult , such as weight, smoking or alcohol.
We want to support you to feel skilled and confident to have new and different conversations in your everyday role.
These conversations have the power to motivate or encourage people to have a different attitude to self-care and can help them recover from illness, reduce risks for the future and increase well-being - the foundation of happier lives.
