The Finale of the Season: Specialty Coffee & Artisan Candy Pop-Up
Before the 48 Blocks manufacturing studio doors close for our summer residency and an extensive brand evolution, we are opening them wide for one final Saturday morning of exceptional local craft.
Join us for our last Makers Matinee of the spring—a flavor-driven collaboration with our friends at Cafe Medrano, an exceptional local, family-owned Honduran coffee roaster. They will be in the studio pouring their artisanal, small-batch coffees, providing the ultimate rich pairing to our sweets.
Inside the Studio Experience:
- Live Candymaking Demos: Step behind the scenes and watch exactly how our small-batch confections are engineered from scratch.
- Complimentary Tastings: Sample our signature artisan marshmallows (The Assets) and our vibrant pâté de fruit (The Prisms).
- Meet the Makers: Chat flavor inspiration with our Principal Curator and say hello to our new summer interns.
- Father’s Day Stock-Up: Father's Day is right around the corner. Browse our unique confections or pre-order your favorite flavors and pick up during the pop-up! Last chance to stock up for 4th of July picnics too.
Admission Details:
- Tickets: Free RSVP General Admission.
- Why RSVP? The pop-up is fully open to the public, but claiming a free ticket helps our tiny studio team map out exactly how many complimentary candy samples to prep!
