Discover your flow, fall, your dancing in between the spaces.

Invite your body and mind to listen and say yes - yes to the rhythms, textures, qualities and sensations that rumble under the surface. Discover the movement language of the in between spaces of flow, fall and of the infinite space that opens up when we move from softness, listening and flow.

Aya Kobayashi

Calligraphy - playing with texture and rhythms.

Inclusivity is at the heart of Aya’s practice, tons of imagery and simple descriptions to guide the group or individuals. We will explore the texture and rhythms of movement borrowing some idea of calligraphy and painting. Appreciating our physical resource and imagination fully, we will play with sense of volume in dances.

Farah Saleh

We will explore together ways to connect, expand and express through the sternum.

The workshop "Connect to expand and express" will explore the sternum's articulations, connections, and movement initiations. We will start from small somatic exercises, then move to bigger and dynamic ones, to finish with a dance phrase that integrates the established connections, while adding physical states to each movement.

Marc Brew

An inclusive dance workshop drawing on his choreographic practice.

From his unique perspective and skill of inclusive practice Marc explores the beauty of difference through movement led exploration, creative tasks and learning set material. Providing the dancers with a new vocabulary that enhances their creativity, Marc redefines expectations of physicality for performers.
