Join us on May 16th, 2026, from 10:30 am until 12:00 pm for a FREE event: Maker May Balloon Blowout 🎈
Step up to the balloon bar, pick your colors and make a bodacious balloon creation. Choose from three spring-inspired projects. Do one, do them all, or go freestyle! Next, get your body moving as we play the balloon version of Hungry, Hungry Hippos. Can you pick up the most balloons and blow away the competition? Or are you the bouncy, trouncey type that can bounce your balloon on the paddle for the longest time during our Floating Frenzy Game? Did we mention there will be party music and colorful lighting to make this the balloon blowout party of the year? Come create and hang with us at the Museum during this Maker May event!
All activities are FREE and will be indoors. Free admission to the Museum will also be offered to all who attend this special event. Reservations are not required for this event.
The FASNY (The Firefighters Association of the State of New York) Museum of Firefighting is located at 117 Harry Howard Avenue, Hudson, NY, 12534, and is open Wednesday through Sunday from 10:00 am until 4:30 pm.
