Join us to make your own pressed flower candle. In this workshop, you’ll decorate a 3 x 6 pillar candle using real dried flowers and a simple melting technique. You’ll use a heated tool and parchment paper to gently press the flowers into the wax, creating a soft, elegant design. It looks detailed, but it is surprisingly approachable.You will create one beautiful candle to take home. It is a timeless piece you can display in your home or give as a thoughtful, handmade gift. No experience is needed and all supplies are included.
This event will be held at Banushi's in Algonquin. It is a new place that so many of us have passed by, and this is the perfect reason to try it out! It will be open before class, so feel free to come early and grab some delicious food, or have something delicious while crafting.
