Join Brenda from Hickory Road Mill & make your own live edge, wooden charcuterie board. You will get to choose your own slice of wood that is roughly 9"x18". You will learn how to sand, oil & condition the wood to reveal a stunning work of art. We will be demonstrating how to cut & arrange cheese so you will be inspired on how to use your charcuterie board. You will be able to enjoy cheese, meat, nuts, fruit, bread & 2 beverages (wine, craft beer, canned cocktail or craft soda). Additional boards will be available if you want to give one as a gift. You can purchase an additional, unfinished board with sandpaper, oil, conditioning wax & a care card for $35. Your board will need time to dry, so you cannot put food on it right away, but you will be able to save 15% on any cheese, meat or nut purchased on the night of the class.
