Make your own wax melt advent calendar with festive treats- Durham

During this 2 hour workshop you will be shown how to make your own wax melts which we will be making in an advent calendar for you to enjoy yourself or gift to someone else. You will make at least 24 wax melts and a large one. You will learn about the waxes used in wax melts and fragrance oils whilst making 4 different pours with different scents. You will add colour to them and learn how to make your calendar a unique piece by enhancing the details of the pour squares. We will have a range of scents available for you to use and each advent calendar comes with its own advent box with doors. There are a choice of calendar fronts for you to choose from. Also included is a glass of some festive prosecco/nonsecco/hot drink and some festive treats whilst you create, perfect for a nice bit of you time! We provide all materials and safety equipment, minimum age is 14 although anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a paying responsible adult. Due to the use of concentrated fragrance oils if you are pregnant it is recommended that you seek medical advice before attending the workshop.
