Make Your Own Kraut

It's kraut! Much more than just a regional New Year delicacy, kraut is a member of the fermented foods family, containing gut health-supporting bacteria.

Join Meryem and Lesley from Prescription Foods and learn how easy it is to make kraut yourself! Participants will enjoy a hands-on workshop where they will create their own jar of salty cabbage goodness to take home. Samples of other fermented Prescription Foods offerings, such as kefir, will also be available for guests to try.
