Kombucha is a fun, easy and safe fermentation to do at home! Since 2017, we have taught hundreds of students how to make their own batch of kombucha. All participants will receive a starter kit (SCOBY, starter liquid farmed from Katboocha, sugar, and tea), detailed instructions, and a glass of Katboocha kombucha! This class is appropriate for ages 14+. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please purchase one ticket for each person attending.
