Join the tradition of making little “pillow” dumplings of dough! In this class, students will see a demonstration on how potato gnocchi is made, then have the chance to make their own. At the end of class, students will have the chance to cook their gnocchi together and enjoy it with a simple sauce.Please note: Please bring an apron to class with you or wear clothes you don't mind cooking in. If you would like to request that a gluten-free or vegan option be made available for this class, please fill out our contact form. The Commissary is not an allergen-free environment.
