Make Your Own Ceramic Catch-All/Jewelry Tray

Join us at Context Collective for a relaxed evening of hands-on clay making as you design and create your own ceramic catch-all tray or jewelry dish. Perfect for beginners and returning makers alike, this guided workshop walks you through slab-building and coil techniques to form small trays ideal for holding jewelry, keys, or everyday treasures.

Participants will cut their own shapes and personalize their pieces using carving tools, stamps, and surface design techniques. You’ll also paint your tray with underglaze during the workshop, allowing you to fully customize color and detail before we glaze and kiln-fire your work.

No prior experience is needed. All materials, tools, and instruction are included, just come ready to slow down, get creative, and enjoy a social night of crafting.

Finished pieces will be ready for pickup approximately 3 to 4 weeks after firing.
