Join us on Saturday 18th July for our Summer Party with Fabric & Pattern Swap!
If you'd like to take part in the swap, please bring your items along at any time during the day so we can prepare everything ready for the event.
Fabric Donations
Please ensure all fabric is clearly labelled with:
Length/amount
Width
Fabric type
Pattern Donations
Please label patterns to indicate whether they are:
Uncut/complete
Pre-cut
Garment Donations
We also welcome good-quality, wearable handmade garments that you no longer wear. Please label these with:
Size
Fabric type
Pattern name (if known)
Any other useful information
For every item you bring to swap, you will receive a token. Once you've chosen your swap item, simply hand in your token.
Important: All swap items must be handed in by 1:00pm on the day so we can prepare the space. The swap will officially begin at 2:00pm.
Don't have anything to swap? No problem! Come along anyway for a drink, some nibbles, and a chat with fellow sewing enthusiasts.
If you spot something you'd love to take home, you'll also have the opportunity to "purchase" a swap token by making a cash donation to our chosen charity.
Please make sure you book your FREE ticket so we know who's joining us.
