Gather together and celebrate worldwide Make Music Day with a drum circle led by Arts for Learning's Gary Garlic. Bring your percussion instrument or use a drum that's provided to celebrate community and connection, inclusivity, and improvisation. No experience is necessary--this drum circle is open to ages four to 104! It will be held in the Hampton History Museum's courtyard.
This is a free, family-friendly event. Many thanks to Hampton City Schools Fine Arts Department for organizing and funding this event. This is the first-ever Make Music Day celebration in Virginia!
