Get into the holiday spirit by crafting your own custom bitters blends in this festive make and take class! Concoct unique and personalized bitters that make perfect gifts for the season. Not only will your creations be one-of-a-kind, but they'll also be beautifully crafted, ensuring they stand out.
In this workshop, there are no strict rules—you're free to experiment with various herbs and flavors to create bitters that suit your taste. The process is as much about exploration as it is about science, and you'll leave equipped with the skills to mix up a signature cocktail or a delicious non-alcoholic drink with soda water.
You’ll have access to a wide selection of herbs and bases, along with some starter recipes to ignite your creativity. Bring your curiosity and a thirst for tasting, as you'll sample a variety of bitters before diving into your own creations!
By the end of the class, you'll make and take home two- 2 to 3 oz batches (one for keeping one for giving) of your bespoke bitters, perfect for gifting or enjoying yourself. You'll also receive a list of top ingredient suppliers and a collection of recipes to inspire your future bitters-making adventures at home. We have to start early because it takes about 4-6 weeks for your creation to steep, and we have to make sure it's ready to gift!
