Dive into sausage making, one of Germany’s greatest food traditions! (Did you know that Germany is home to more than 1,200 types of sausage?) Join us for a hands-on culinary experience that brings the heart of Deutschland and its wursts to your kitchen! In this immersive class, you’ll work with a small team to learn the art of crafting three types of traditional German sausages from scratch.
