Make & Take: Handmade Pasta - Garganelli, Farfalle & Cavatelli

You’ll sample all three pasta shapes with sauce while we show you how easy it is to make the dough. Then you’ll practice forming three traditional pastas and we’ll suggest sauces to complement each one. You'll take your hand formed pastas with you at the end of class.

For ages 18 and up.

• Garganelli (Ridged, Tubular Shape)
• Farfalle (Butterfly Shape)
• Cavatelli (Shell Shape with Curved Edges)

The sauces:

• Mushroom Cream Sauce
• Arrabiata ( Spicy Tomato Sauce)
• Sauteed Broccoli, Garlic & Chile

Safety & Precautions

• We ask that you return a signed copy of the waiver for each attendee via email prior to class.
• Please wear a mask while in the Cooking Schools. Masks can be removed to enjoy samples provided or the food that you have prepared.
