Looking for a way to explain your turning repertoire? Looking to spruce up any event? Or learn how to craft delicate and beautiful flowers? This class will go over how to accentuate certain accents in the wood. Turning blocks of wood into delicate petals and flowers. By the end of this class each student will create a flourishing bouquet of wooden flowers out of a variety of woods in order to create a centerpiece all their own. All class participants receive a 15% discount on merchandise purchased in the store on the same day of their class. Exclusions apply. Students should come properly attired for a woodworking class (tight fitting clothing, long hair restrained and constrained from the face); and bring or wear provided industry standard hearing protection and safety glasses during equipment operation. All woodworking classes are held in a store that sells a wide variety of woods, including exotic woods such as cedar, aromatic cedar and other products (e.g., finishes, cleaners, etc.) that may cause allergic or other reactions in a small number of cases.
