Sink into the quiet magic of slow living and ritual as we gather to hand-stitch small dream pillows filled with herbs that coax restful sleep and soft dreams. This isn’t a quick craft—it’s mindful, rhythmic, and restorative.
Slow stitching: the gentle act of sewing each stitch by hand.
Healing herbs: Fill your pillow with calm-inducing botanicals—lavender, chamomile, hops, rose, mugwort—for a scent that lulls body and mind. These herbs have been trusted across cultures to soothe, protect, and encourage peaceful slumber.
Community space: join us! Sip herbal tea, share stories, and move intentionally together, creating more than a pillow—together we will build connection and ceremony.
Why This Matters: In a world racing ahead, this session is a soft defiance—an invitation to pause, to be present, to hold space for rest. Slowing down isn’t indulgent; it’s essential. Through crafting and quiet companionship, we reclaim stillness, nurture resilience, and weave healing into our nights.
What to Bring: Nothing but your presence. We’ll supply all fabric, thread, herb blends, and the soothing embrace of an intentional, connected workshop. Feel free to bring a scrap of fabric that holds memory if you’d like your pillow to carry something extra.
