Looking for a creative, calming after-school option for your child this winter?Make & Take: Calming Creations is a hands-on mindfulness class where students create soothing, take-home projects while learning simple tools to support focus, emotional regulation, and relaxation.
This class is designed specifically for students at Central Park Elementary School and is offered through Roseville Area Schools Community Education, meeting after school in a familiar, on-campus setting.
Students will:
create calming sensory-based projects to take home
practice simple mindfulness and grounding techniques
enjoy a relaxed, supportive space that encourages focus and creativity
