Make & Take: Baking with Citrus

For ages 13 & up

Brighten up your baked goods with the flavors of citrus. You'll perfect your skills as you make a tart curd that can be used for fillings and to highlight the flavors of other baked goods; gluten-free muffins; and two small cakes that will become your new favorites. Working with a small team in our kitchen, you'll discover some of the secrets to baking that will ensure success every time!

• For ages 13 & up. Registrants who are 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.

• Alcohol will not be served in this class.

• Each attendee will take home a selection of the items made in class.

• Grapefruit Curd

• Orange Quinoa Muffins

• Tangerine Almond Cake with Bay Leaf-infused Syrup

• Little Lime-soaked Coconut Cakes

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
