About this Event
Give Dad a gift that money can't buy, something made with your own hands. In this fun, family-friendly workshop, you'll transform a upcycled cabinet door into a personal photo collage frame for the special dad, or chosen family, in your life. Layer in a meaningful photo, found ephemera, handwritten text, and little trinkets to create a one-of-a-kind keepsake approximately 8"×10" in size. Kids are warmly welcomed to add their handprints or mini artworks to make it extra unforgettable. All family types welcome- whomever you choose to celebrate.
What We’ll Cover
🖼️ Transform a salvaged cabinet door into a wall-hanging or desktop display frame
✂️ Collage photos, text, and found objects into a cohesive, personal composition
♻️ Work with upcycled materials to create something beautiful and lasting
👋 Guide kids in adding their own handprints or custom artwork to the piece
