Phyllis* is a retired uni lecturer; Bob* used to work in Coventry's car industry. Could you make a new Coventry friend like them? Many older people in the city are housebound & can’t get out to socialise. By visiting one of them for just 30 to 60 minutes every fortnight, you can make yourself a new friend & lift their loneliness. You could chat about crochet, CCFC, times gone by, or your recent travel, study or work life.
For more information, contact [email protected] or 07563 902 904. We’d love to see you in St Clare's at the Cathedral (city centre) CV1 5FB to find out more about this opportunity.
All are welcome.
