Make a Mug with Me! (Intro to Ceramics Workshop)

Join me at the Daphnia Ceramics home studio located in North Linden for a fun and hands-on workshop called Make a Mug with Me! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this event is perfect for anyone looking to unleash their creativity and get their hands on some clay.

We will each be hand building a unique mug for you to take home and use!

During the hour and a half class, you will follow along step-by- step with me as I show you how to roll out the clay, add creative textures and designs, and shape each mug.

At the end of class you will pick out a glaze color and I will fire and glaze them for you. In around a month they will be ready and I will notify you when to pick them up!

Note this is not a wheel class, we will be using various hand building techniques of coiling, slab building, or pinching along with adding texture and other decorative elements.
