Join our family-friendly, interactive sessions as part of our Love Mammals Week this February half-term. This event will run on 20 February with 45-minute sessions at 10 AM, 11 AM, 12 PM, 2 PM and 3 PM.
Have you ever wondered which mammals visit your garden at night? Come along to learn how to identify small mammals by looking at their footprints. You will also make an eco-friendly footprint tunnel using upcycled materials to take away and set up in your garden to carry out your own scientific survey! All materials and full guidance will be provided.
This event is suitable for ages 7+. Younger children are welcome but may not be able to fully participate in the session. Parents/carers must remain with their children throughout the event.
The workshop will take place in the Great Hall, which is accessible and located on the ground floor. Tickets cost £5 per child.
