Another cool activity for the whānau these holidays: come along to the Arataki Visitor Centre and make your own kōauau (cross-blown flute) out of bamboo. As this activity requires the use of hand drills we ask parents & caregivers to accompany and support their tamariki as they create their taonga puoro (musical instrument). Nau mai, haere mai, e hoa mā!
