Make a Family “ThanksJournal”

Enjoy a creative, hands-on experience making a one-of-a-kind keepsake journal. Led by preservation staff from NC State University Libraries, families and individuals are invited to make and take a “ThanksJournal” to document memories and traditions. Participants are welcome to bring items from home to add to their journal. This activity is designed for children 8 years and older; all children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Skills used will be pasting, cutting and hand sewing. No experience required, all materials and light snacks will be provided. Space is limited; preregistration is required. Please register by filling out this form.
