We're kicking off a mission in 2026: to hunt down and give our own honest seal of approval to Singapore's Michelin hawker stalls!Inspired by that infamous Tik-Toker who went on a quest to "expose" all the Michelin hawkers, we figured, why not make up our own minds? See for ourselves if the food really lives up to the hype or not.
