Join us for an unforgettable evening with Mairi Kidd, the bestselling author of The Specimens, on Wednesday 22nd October, at 7pm, as we celebrate the release of her compelling new novel, which delves into the complex and haunting world of a young Mary Godwin, the brilliant mind who would go on to birth Frankenstein's monster.

Dundee, 1812. Isabel Baxter awaits the arrival of Mary Godwin, a girl of precocious intellect and grand passions, sent north to cure a mysterious ailment. Tickets are £3 and there is a Ticket & Book option which includes a signed copy of Poor Creatures by Mairi Kidd.
