Maintain Your Wardrobe--Mending and Alterations

Class Description:
In this four-week course, participants will learn how to maintain a wardrobe that works for you, fits you, and lasts a lifetime!
Through this course, you will learn:
- Basic alterations, including hems, adjustments, and closure replacements.
- Basic Mending
- Knitwear mending
What you bring:
- Pants to hem
- Top, bottom, or dress to take in
- Knit garment with a hole (ex: sweater, sweatshirt, t-shirt)
- Woven garment with a hole (ex: dress pants, dress shirt)
- If you have something with a broken button or closure, feel free to bring that.
- We recommend bringing several garments to choose from!
All other materials are included in the class fee. We have sewing machines in-house for students to use, but you are welcome to bring your own machine if you have one.
