Join us at Castonguay Square in Downtown Waterville for a day filled with all things fermentation! Whether you're a seasoned fermenter or just starting out, there's something for everyone. Get hands-on experience, taste delicious ferments, and learn from experts in the field. Don't miss out on this fun and educational event!

Workshop day passes are offered at a sliding scale:

• $30 – subsidized by those who pay on the higher end of the scale
• $60 – represents the true cost of attendance and allows us to pay the speaker for their time and experience
• $90 – helps provide scholarships for those who are unable to afford a ticket
• Nobody will be turned away for lack of funds!

1 PM: Vinegar with Brad Messier / West Maquoit Vinegar Works

2 PM: Dairy with Sarah Wiederkehr / Winter Hill Farm

3 PM: Hot Sauce with Dick Chase / Maine Gravy
