MICHAEL KRUG is a board certified health coach and personal trainer. His passion for health and fitness came after he made a complete transformation of his health and life. At age 20 he was 375 pounds, had blood pressure of 160/100, and cholesterol over 250. Beneath the physical symptoms he was dealing with depression and addiction and had moments where he wondered if it was even worth it to continue living...
After undergoing a complete physical and mental transformation, people started reaching out to Michael for help to get their health back on track. This set off his career as a health and fitness coach and has deepened his passion for healthy and holistic living.
Michael's mission in life is to transform the health of humankind from disease and sickness to empowerment and prosperity.
