The Double Bass Trio offers a fresh and unexpected voice in modern jazz, pairing two upright basses — Josh Skinner and Braun Khan — with pianist Alex Sjobeck. Their original works and creative arrangements bridge the harmonic depth of classical music with the rhythmic vitality of jazz, offering a listening experience that’s both refined and electrifying.
