Your journey as a Hartnell College Panther starts here! Join us for activities, mingle with other students and staff, and create connections that will set you up for success during your academic journey.
* *NOTE: Salinas Valley Promise scholars who participate will have the option to pick up their laptop or book voucher at the end of each day. Full participation in the event is required for this option.
Meeting Location: This event will take place at Hartnell College Main Campus at Steinbeck Hall, located in Building C. The address of Hartnell Main campus is 411 Central Ave, Salinas, CA, 93901
Check-In: Arrive by 4:30 PM for check-in, and the event will start 5:00 PM.
Details of the Day: The agenda for the day includes informational sessions, opportunities to meet other Hartnell students/staff, as well as activities. Bring comfortable shoes and clothing as we will be conducting some light icebreakers.
Accommodations: This event is wheelchair accessible. Individuals requiring sign-language interpreters, real-time captioners, or other accommodations should contact the Student Success Center at 831-770-7060 as soon as possible before your event.

Where to park? You can park in the parking structure. Parking permits are not required before the semester begins. If you choose to park in the parking garage, please follow all parking rules posted on the entrance to the garage, including: no reverse parking and no parking in the orange (staff) parking. Citations will be given for parking violations. Parallel parking is also available in front of campus, including Central Park (next to campus).
