About the Social Play:

This is social play, not a lesson. Players should know the basics of American Mahjong. If you’ve completed beginner lessons and are ready to build confidence, we’d love to welcome you!

Tables will be organized by playing level and pace. When registering, please include your level and preferred tablemates. We’ll do our best to accommodate seating requests.

NMJL rules will be used. We provide everything for play—just bring your current NMJL card if you have one! A limited number will be available to borrow.

Please arrive a few minutes before noon for check-in and to find your assigned table. Enjoy time together over food and drinks before play begins!

Whether you’ve played with us in Montauk, have been following along from NYC, or are joining us for the first time, we’re excited to welcome you to the table!

Space is limited—reserve your seat early.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours are nonrefundable and cannot be credited toward another date. Tickets may be transferred to another player for the same date only.

If you can’t attend or are transferring your ticket, please email us [email protected] or text 516-847-2588 with your name. For transfers, include the new guest’s name and level of play.
