Mahjong 102 is the perfect next step after Mahjong 101. Designed for players who already understand the basics of American Mahjong, this class helps you build confidence, develop strategy, and become a more thoughtful player at the table.
Great Mane Brewery opens before class, so feel free to arrive early to enjoy a craft beer, hard seltzer, or non-alcoholic beverage. You're also welcome to order food from one of the nearby restaurants for delivery or bring your own snacks to enjoy during class.
Check-in begins at 6:00 PM, and Mahjong 102 starts promptly at 6:30 PM.
During Mahjong 102, you'll learn how to:

- Choose stronger hands with confidence

- Read the National Mah Jongg League card more strategically
- Improve your defensive play and table awareness

This class is perfect for players who have completed Mahjong 101 or have a basic understanding of American Mahjong and are ready to take their game to the next level.
All Mahjong tiles, National Mah Jongg League cards, racks, and supplies are provided by Old Dominion Mahjong. Just bring yourself—and your excitement to learn!
