Magpie Vocal Improv Ensemble is the collaboration of Marta Aarli, Celeste Niehaus, Tom Weiser, and Roy Willey – four dynamic singers who create music spontaneously, without a score, chart, or director. The ensemble’s strength lies in its ability to open to the unknown and transfor the immediacy of the moment into compelling, relatable music. Every piece Magpie sings is improvised in the moment, never sung before, never to be sung again.

Guillermo Rozenthuler is a vocal artist, facilitator and trainer from Argentina based in the UK. He's been researching, teaching and practising spontaneous collective singing — circlesongs, co-improv, and other forms of collective vocal improvisation — for the last two decades.
