Magnificent Moths

Did you know Ohio is home to over 3,000 species of moth? Join us after dark to discover these fascinating nocturnal pollinators. After a brief introduction to their important ecological role and how we attract them, we’ll head to a lighted moth sheet near the garden behind our Park District Headquarters to see what species have arrived! All ages are welcome; however this night-time program is best suited for ages 10 and up. Pre-registration is required and children must be accompanied by an adult.
