Magnificat June Meal

Welcome to the Magnificat Meal-June event! Join us at St. Helen Catholic Church for a day filled with delicious food, great company, and uplifting conversations. Come and gather with men and women from all over the valley, as we gather to share this meal, sing, pray & hear the testimony of one person who will tell how God has worked in their life. In this way, we MAGNIFY the name of the Lord & honor Our Blessed Mother.

For this meal come hear Carol Carnese who was born a cradle Catholic. Carol left the Catholic Church choosing a lifestyle riddled with sin over a relationship with Jesus. Carol reached out to Mama Mary to guide her and immediately felt the hand of Mary in hers. Carol’s journey to Arizona was guided by the Holy Spirit and has been directed towards many ministries for the Glory of God.Carol is the Arizona Regional Coordinator for Silent No More and Southwest Ambassador for Expectant Fathers Without Voices. Carol holds a BA in Sociology with a minor in African Studies from SUNY New Paltz in New York and has various other Masters degrees from other Universities.

Carol is devoted to the pro-life movement participating in pro-life rallies and events as well as a speaker and sidewalk counselor. She is the parish rep for “Walking With Mom’s in Need” at St. Steven’s in Sun Lakes. She has also devoted herself to Mary, by becoming the Intercessory Prayer Warrior for Mary Cause of Our Joy Chapter of Magnificat in Phoenix. Carol is active in the Charismatic Movement in the Diocese of Phoenix and serves as a core leader of “Spirit Fire” prayer group at St. Steven’s in Sun Lakes.

Please, bring a friend, a neighbor, or maybe a relative who doesn't go to church anymore. They may not go to church with you, but who doesn't love to go out for lunch? Magnificat is often a way back to the Church. Dress is nice, casual.
