It’s founder, John Kotter, is revered as the guru of Change Management, and as his senior disciple, Gaurav has adapted Kotter’s principals for our emergent reality. A frequent speaker and consultant to global industries, governments and non-profit organizations, Gaurav’s experience leverages his education as an engineer and his experience leading change initiatives around the world. This session will cover the strategic, operational and leadership aspects of change management, particularly for our region’s manufacturing base.
