Magical Mushrooms & Fabulous Fungi, a Talk by Peter Smith at ZERO CARBON

Whether you’re a mycophobe (mushroom hater) or mycophile (mushroom lover) step into the Wood Wide Web (avoiding the Fairy Rings) to glimpse the amazing world beneath our feet. Learn the difference between the Agaricus Phalloides and the Amanita phalloides (it’s important!), why we wouldn’t be here at all without fungi and how fungi might just help us save the planet.

Disclaimer: The talk contains references to magic mushrooms and some of the folklore associated with fungi can be a bit scary. There's also a section on poisonous fungi which might be considered not suitable for children.
